1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

During high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons), processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your understanding!

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all over India through trusted delivery partners

Standard Shipping : Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location) Free Shipping on all orders

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time using the link provided.

4. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most pin codes across India, including metro cities, tier 2/3 towns, and many rural areas. If your area is non-serviceable, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Weather disruptions, Courier delays, Remote or hard-to-reach locations, Festive season backlogs, We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@7pure.in or via WhatsApp at +91-7836062209. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
