Refund policy

At 7Pure Skin, your satisfaction and skin health are our top priorities. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help — within reason and under hygienic guidelines.

1. Returns Policy

Due to the personal and sensitive nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, we will accept returns or issue a replacement only in the following cases:

You received the wrong product

The product was damaged during transit

The product is expired or defective

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@7pure.in or WhatsApp us at +91-7836062209 with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item(s)

A description of the issue

Our customer care team will review your case and arrange a return pickup or replacement if approved.

2. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for products once delivered unless:

You received the wrong product

You received a defective or damaged product

In such cases, we will either:

Send a replacement

Issue a store credit or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference

3. Conditions for Returns/Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required

Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Approve or reject your refund based on the condition

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used or opened products

Products bought on sale or as part of a promotional bundle

Free gifts or samples

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You can email us at support@7pure.in
